What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

     

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

     

  • Prepare light meals and help with household tasks

     

  • Report changes in condition to supervising nurses

     

  • Keep accurate notes about care provided

     

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active CNA certification

     

  • Previous home health experience a plus

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current LPN license in Georgia

     

  • Experience in home healthcare preferred

Lead With Care as an RN

As an RN with Affinity Medical Group, you’ll oversee care plans, supervise team members, and bring advanced nursing expertise into the home. Families and caregivers will look to you for guidance, reassurance, and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform initial and ongoing health assessments

     

  • Create and manage individualized care plans

     

  • Supervise CNAs and LPNs

     

  • Communicate with families and physicians

     

  • Ensure compliance with state and agency standards

     

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active RN license in Georgia

     

  • Experience in home health or geriatrics preferred

     

Strong leadership and mentoring skills
